JEFFREY H.

is a director, documentarian, and travel filmmaker currently based in Shenzhen.  Jeffrey grew up in Shanghai, China but his filmmaking journey brought him all over the world. His visuals are strongly influenced by his international background and his travel experiences to over 25 countries. Jeffrey aims to capture the world’s natural beauties and hidden stories through his lens and share these inspiring images with the world.

Jeffrey received extensive training in some of the top film and media production institutions: BFA Film and TV Production at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, 35mm Filmmaking at FAMU International Prague, and Masters of Communication & New Media at City University of Hong Kong.

Some of his inspirations include Christopher Nolan, Darren Aronofsky, Jimmy Chin, and Wong Fu Productions. Jeffrey is a firm believer that breathtaking visual media and powerful storytelling that create a tighter global community.  

Over the years, Jeffrey directed documentaries, branded content, and commercials, with companies and non-profits from China, USA, and Canada.  He also served as the Multimedia Producer for the United Nation’s International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
